Reviews and Ratings
The hotel may be small, but it is very clean. Despite the room size being a bit misleading compared to the pictures, I would recommend a stay here without any hesitation, and I will definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to assist, even helping me retrieve my phone lost in a taxi. The location is truly the shining star of this hotel, being very near downtown and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience lacked freshness and variety, but the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were simple and small but had everything I needed. It was quite a challenge to find parking in front of the hotel, and there were issues with soundproofing. On the bright side, the twin beds were comfortable, and having an ensuite and a business center with Internet was convenient.
The hotel offers a great location right in town, with friendly and accommodating service. Rooms were quite spacious but had a lower ceiling in the bathroom. The dining options were fair for the price. Facilities were decent, but the shower equipment needed maintenance.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with twin beds, ensuite facilities, and a charming view of the alleyways. The service was very friendly and helpful, providing room service, car hire, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is great, being near the city center and the Ladadika neighborhood for dining and entertainment. The dining experience had a few choices but lacked in vegetable options. Overall, a budget-friendly hotel with good value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but pleasant, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. While the rooms would benefit from refurbishment, I would recommend staying here without hesitation and look forward to returning in the future.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything but still secluded enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower head. The service was exceptional, with proactive staff informing us about the must-see places in Thessaloniki and recommending great local restaurants. The dining options were limited but acceptable for the price. Overall, a great value for money choice in Thessaloniki.
My stay at Nea Metropolis Hotel was simply fantastic! The staff helped me retrieve my phone after I lost it in a taxi while out and about in the city. I would recommend a stay here without any hesitation, and I will definitely stay here again for sure.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Thessaloniki, close to all the city's key attractions. The rooms are spaciously clean and equipped with everything you need, although the bathroom has an unusual layout. The service is very welcoming and helpful, despite a minor issue with a receptionist. The dining options offer good value for a budget hotel, with room for improvement in creativity. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay, but a small upgrade would enhance the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily, but unfortunately, they lacked a tea/coffee maker and were not soundproof. The staff was helpful and friendly, which was a plus, but some receptionists were not as welcoming. The location was convenient for exploring Thessaloniki, but there were mixed feelings about the safety. The dining options were average, and the facilities were decent overall.
I found the hotel to have a mix of positives and negatives. The room itself felt more like a college dorm, small with an uncomfortable bed, although it was clean. The room had standard equipment, but nothing exceptional.
